The Homeowners Association of Creek Valley in Garland, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, August 22nd, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (3) Class A Members to the Board of Directors and discuss the business of the Association. Please take a moment to review the notice, draft agenda, proxy, and ballot on the Association’s website at www.creekvalleyhoa.com. The Candidacy Statements can also be reviewed online under the “Annual Meeting Materials” tab.

Please be sure if mailing in your Ballot or Proxy you allow plenty of time for it to reach us.

If you do not vote online; it is important that your Ballot or Proxy is returned to your Association Manager prior to the Deadline Date of Monday, August 21, 2023, by 5:00p.m. in order for it to be counted. The annual election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting.
