Call for Candidates

We would like to announce an upcoming virtual annual election meeting, the date and details of the meeting to soon follow. In conjunction with the annual meeting, the Association will be holding elections to elect three (3) Board Members to the Board. The Call for Candidates and the Candidate forms were mailed by U.S. mail today, however, you can visit your website at www.creekvalleyhoa.com now and download or print the form for immediate access. If you would like to nominate yourself of a fellow homeowner as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the form and return it at your earliest convenience. With the format of the meeting being virtual, there will be no write in’s or floor nominations, therefore, it is very important all candidate forms are returned by or before the deadline shown on the form.

Shortly after the deadline for candidate forms expire, the meeting packet including the notice, draft agenda, proxy, and ballot listing all candidate’s names will be mailed out and posted to the Association’s website. Should you have any questions regarding the upcoming meeting or election, please submit all questions or inquiries from the Association’s website under the “Contact Us” tab and an Essex representative will respond promptly.
