THIS NOTICE IS TO CORRECT THE TIME OF THE NOTICE SENT MAY 9, 2022. PLEASE NOTE, THE COMMUNITY EVENT & MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 9:00 AM ON SATURDAY, MAY 21, 2022.
The Reconvene of the 2022 Annual Election Meeting has been scheduled for Saturday May 21. 2022, at 9:00 a.m. for The Homeowners’ Association of Creek Valley in Garland. In conjunction with the Annual Meeting, there will be a Summer Community Event for our Community! We are planning fun things for the community, and we hope to see everyone there on Saturday May 21, at 9:00 a.m.!
We will be meeting on the Common Area in the cul-de-sac on River Vale Road in Phase 2. There will be signs in the community showing the way to the meeting.
Please don’t forget to submit your Proxy for Quorum only, in the event that you may not be able to attend. You may scan it and return it by email to lori@essexhoa.com or, you may complete/submit the proxy on your Association website (scan the QR code below).
