Extended Call for Candidates

As managing agent for The Homeowner’s Association of Creek Valley in Garland., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members will soon be scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors and to discuss normal business of the Association. This notice is to provide Class A Members who are interested in serving on the Board of Directors the opportunity to submit a completed Candidacy form.
We have extended the date to submit a Candidacy Form, to allow everyone an opportunity to participate.
If you would like to nominate yourself or another Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the enclosed form and return it, using one of the available methods listed below. . It is very important that all Candidacy Forms be returned by or before the following deadline, to ensure that your name is placed on the ballot.
For the candidate’s name to be placed on the ballot, a completed Candidacy form must be received no later than Thursday, July 20th, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. The virtual meeting date is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, August 22nd, 2023, at 6:00pm.

After July 20th, 2023, we will send the Meeting Notice Package, that will include, Notice, Agenda, Ballot, and Proxy. Please be sure you are registered on the HOA website, to be able to participate in the voting process and receive email updates.
