  Essex Association Management will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. All web submissions, e-mails, and phone calls will be returned in the order they are received beginning Wednesday, July 5th. In the case of an emergency, please dial 911. Please call (888) 740-2233 should a matter arise, that would require immediate attention or action. Please be advised, all calls deemed to be a non-emergency will be returned beginning July 5th in the order received. Thank you and Essex wishes everyone a safe and happy 4th of July.

• Call for Candidates

  We are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members will soon be scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors and to discuss normal business of the Association.
